We love our pets as much as you do yours. Your pet will be very welcome and for the peace and comfort of all,
please take note of the following and sign acceptance of this guidance:
We welcome one pet of up to 12 kg. per room.
Pets should be fully trained and we, as a public building, must comply with local health and safety regulations, of course.
Pets should be fully vaccinated and free of parasites and illness. (Certificates preferred)
Owners are responsible for cleaning up and sanitising after their pets anywhere in the hotel
or grounds and for disposing of waste hygienically. Please inform Housekeeping immediately of any accidents in this respect.
Pets must not be in the accommodation while our staff undertake their cleaning duties. Please arrange with Housekeeping
for a time when you would like your accommodation serviced.
Unless the pet is in your accommodation, it should be kept on a lead of 2 metres maximum and carried in your arms
to the beach or to the street.
We try not to over-restrict your pet’s freedom of movement, but pets are not allowed in the spa,
fitness studio, bars or restaurants, children’s playground or in the hotel’s swimming pools and private pool suites.
In the case of private pool suites, a charge may be levied for cleaning and sanitising as a result of pets entering the pool.
Please ensure that appropriate coverings are used when your pet sits on any furniture in your accommodation.
Please show consideration for other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.
Any damage to furniture or fixtures caused by a pet shall be the full responsibility of the guest
and the hotel may charge for repairs or replacement in the case of damage.
The hotel will not take responsibility for any damage or injury caused by or to your pet.
A non-refundable pet fee charge of THB 1,200 per night and will be charged to your room account for the entire
length of the booking upon check-in.
